SV Live
Terms of Service
Effective September 3, 2026
1. The SV Live service
SV Live is a live-audio, messaging, and community companion operated by Sportsvestment LLC. The iOS app does not offer wagering, real-money gaming, peer-to-peer markets, deposits, withdrawals, purchasable virtual currency, or paid digital goods. Features available separately on Sportsvestment's website are not part of SV Live.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for your credentials and activity. You may not impersonate another person, evade enforcement, automate abusive activity, or access another member's account.
3. Live audio and recordings
When you join a room, request to speak, or accept a stage invitation, your voice and profile may be heard or seen by other members. Some shows may be recorded, transcribed, clipped, replayed, or summarized. We will identify recorded programming in the room or show information where reasonably practicable. Do not speak on a recorded show unless you consent to that use.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Sportsvestment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post it and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.
5. Safety and moderation
You may report content and block members. Sportsvestment may remove content; mute, remove, suspend, or terminate users; preserve evidence; and contact authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Enforcement considers context, severity, repetition, and credible risk. See the Community Guidelines.
6. Third-party media and services
Rooms may display authorized embeds or links from services such as YouTube, Twitch, and GIPHY. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not stream or post media unless you have permission.
7. No betting service or professional advice
Conversation may discuss sports or opinions, but SV Live does not accept bets or provide gambling, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and compliance with local law.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Live audio, notifications, messages, and third-party media may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sportsvestment disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Account deletion
You may initiate permanent account deletion inside Account. We may retain limited records when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of other members. Details are in the SV Live Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by Wyoming law, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
